    16 Cuts Above Any Steakhouse. This Brazilian-inspired restaurant specializes in slow-roasted and perfectly seasoned cuts of beef, lamb, pork, chicken, and Brazilian sausage. This technique comes to the United States straight from Southern Brazil, where Gauchos (cowboys) prepare meals over a campfire. At Texas de Brazil, the skilled gauchos journey through the restaurant with the grilled meats on sword-like skewers taken directly off the grill, stopping at each table to carve slices for diners. This style of service allows guests to experience a wide variety of offerings, including the following mouth-watering selections:

    • Self-Serve Fashion

      Texas de Brazil will drop food off and set it up in a self-serve fashion. $4.50/mile will be charged for any destination over 7 miles from the restaurant

    • Staffed

      Texas de Brazil will provide staff to serve guests as they come through the line and replenish dishes as needed. $15/hour/server will be applied – this includes set-up & teardown time. Additional time may be incurred for staff drive time. Texas de Brazil will determine the number of employees needed based on the number of guests. $4.50/mile will be charged for any destination over 7 miles from the restaurant

    • Grill Onsite

      Texas de Brazil will grill onsite and assist in serving guests and replenishing dishes as needed. $250 grill fee will be applied. Texas de Brazil will determine if the event area is appropriate for grilling onsite. $15/hour/server will be applied – this includes set-up & teardown time needed. Texas de Brazil will determine the number of employees needed based on the number of guests. $4.50/mile will be charged for any destination over 7 miles from the restaurant

      Any amount below the minimum package requirement of 45 guests or $2000 minimum will be considered a takeout order and can be ordered off a separate takeout menu. If additional serving dishes are rented, it is not Texas de Brazil's responsibility to clean and return these items. Catering execution capabilities are dependent on several factors; therefore the requested date and time might not be available. Only a certificate/promotion that is marked for 'catering' may be applied to the event

    • Deposit + Terms

      Signed agreement and deposit will be required and is contingent upon the absence of accidents, natural disasters, or acts of nature. Texas de Brazil also reserves the right to make reasonable substitutions if unable to secure specified items upon notification to client. Deposit equal to food cost is due upon execution of agreement. Please make final payment to manager the day of the event. Texas de Brazil accepts cash, check or credit for deposit & cash or credit for final payment. Suggested gratuity is 18-20%. Taxes charged according to local rate. The client agrees to assume liability for any and all damages caused by guests or agents attending the function. Texas de Brazil is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal or business property

  • How To Make Our Signature Brazilian Cocktail "The Caipirinha"

    • Ingredients

      Brazilian Cachaça, a Sugar Cane Spirit (such as Leblon Cachaça); Simple Syrup; Ice; 1 fresh lime

    • Mixing Instructions

      Cut the fresh lime into eighths and put the pieces of lime into a glass. Add 1 ounce of simple syrup on top and crush the pieces of lime with a pestle. Add the ice and 1.5 ounces of Cachaça. Shake vigorously. Cheers!!
